Very accommodating and friendly staff. Excellent selection of merchandise and rare livestock. Even though the store was temporarily out of stock of one item I was looking for, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I would still have everything I needed. The Pet Depot with out a doubt is the best pet store on the Island. Always well stocked and I can get everything for my dogs, cats, and fish in one place. The staff is always really helpful. Especially Ryan, dude is just top notch!

Absolutely love these guys, Friendly staff, good selection of products (fish stuff for me), good prices. This is always my first stop when I am on the hunt for something. They are worth the 30 minute drive any day, my #1 spot for ANY pet supplies!!!!!

Great place and great people! Been going here since they opened in 2003. I have gotten so many different quality pets, fish and animals from them! More than 20 years as a valued customer!

Best pet store on the island! Great selection of animal products and food. Family owned with great customer service! Check out the fish selection in the back as well as a variety of aquascaping supplies, plants, lighting. Best part is the dirty dog bath stations in the back which is supplied with shampoos/conditioner,etc .grooming tools!

Exceptional Service & Genuine Care! The Pet Depot is truly one of a kind. This family-run business goes above and beyond for their customers and our pets. Unlike big chain stores that overcharge and treat you like just another sale, The Pet Depot treats you like family. When I’ve been unable to leave the house due to medical issues, one of the owners, Ryan, has personally delivered pet food to my home while out running errands, something you’d never get anywhere else. Their kindness, reliability, and genuine care for both people and animals set them apart. It’s rare to find a business that’s this trustworthy and community-minded. I can’t recommend The Pet Depot enough, they’ve earned every one of these five stars and then some!

I love The Pet Depot! They always have what I need. I could spend a lot of time in here just looking at everything and I do. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is hands down one of the best people I've met! I highly recommend shopping here. I visit frequently.

Long time customer, saying this is THE BEST Pet Store around! Every member of the Staff is always super helpful, but a special Shout Out! to Rayven who's always willing to go above and beyond for all my animal Ohana! Every pet treat, suggestion and helpful bit of advice has been appreciated and helpful. I didn't even mention their range of their inventory- which is simply Amazing! If its worth getting for your pet, you will find it at Pet Depot!

The Pet Depot is hands-down the best pet store on the island! Their dog food selection is unbeatable, they carry all the top-quality brands and are always stocked with healthy options for every type of pup. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help find exactly what you need. And if you’re into aquariums, this is *the* place to go, they have the best fish tank setups and live plant selection anywhere on the island. A true one-stop shop for pet lovers!
